I don't live in a cave Partha Choudhury,I know Mira Sayal very well and I always tell that to her. Take for example monsoon wedding it was going well until she brought in the subject of child abuse which had nothing to do with the wedding subject.It was presented in such a way that it portrayed that all men are potential child abusers. That spoiled the whole ideology of the move families who went to watch the movie walked out. These movies promote sex that is why it suits and entertain people like you because that is just what you want to feed your perverted mind. I would say to you come out of your shell and look around,stop for few minutes and ask your self a question what happens if all this sex stuff turns up at your door and enter your house to meet your sister, daughter etc without knocking. What happens if your daughter vanishes for a year and the turns up with a baby saying papa meet your grand child while she is still not married. Just Think. When this novelty wears out it will be too late to return the damage would have already been done.

its not just these half-indians, its NRIs as well. The problem is in the media. I now see indian movies with western, half-naked women dancing front and center with the indian man with the camera looking up the skirt. while the "normal" india women is standing on the side watching their man dancing with these half-naked women. Then these same people come back and say they did it for ART! OH COME ON! you think we are that stupid? We do not want to see this crap. You are ruining our culture. I grew up in UK and now live in USA. I've not been to india much but I can tell you that is not how we indian abroad think but the one's who do are in the media. It is PATHETIC and PERVERTED. Sex sells and that's all they care about. We indians have to stop buying this crap. More people need to stand up against these people. These are sick people and this is only growing. Sick = Art now.
Its sad to note that she was unaware of what she was doing. In fact, to a matured viewer she came across as someone who had her head on her shoulders. And about the Asian audience....such a pity , thats how they can interpret talent of such high calibre. You need not be sad. This is a more diplomatic way of doing it, enjoying and not facing the wrath of people and society at large. See by her crocodile tears she has gained your sympathy. It is these girls who are purposely interested. JUST FOR MONEY. Try doing this to any girl above 10 yrs of age. What you would get in return is a big slap. Girls are not fools. They know what is right and wrong at a very tender age. They earn hefty money and by doing this act gain the sympathy of society, who could otherwise debarr her from the society. What Musharraf commented on girls sellig themselves to gain entry to Canada etc was 100% right.
