He was a great comedian who used to evoke laughter not only with his dialogue delivery but also the blue striped underwear that was often more prominent than his usual dress. But could not rediff get hold of a photograph of the actor for the benefit of younger generation?
As a teenager I enjoyed his role in Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon. He made us laugh and forget our worries for sometime. Even today when I feel a little depressed I watch thid dvd and laugh. Rajendranath may your soul rest in peace.

U pls improve ur reading. The writer has cleary mentioned that he has started his carrer in 1938. Dont you understand english and the diff between 1938 and 1978. Check the image and then pass comments

MM Enterprises.... see my first post @ 12:26 PM. At that time it read 1978 and 1961. That's why I caught that mistake. Now they have rectified it.

rajendranath provided entertainment for several decades to so many...he will always be remebered. his typical cocky swagger & inimitable dialogue delivery & mannerisms were belly-laugh inducing indeed! the films he appeared in like jab pyar kisise hota hai, jaanwar, evening in paris, the train etc. owe a lot to his presense...may his soul rest in peace...
