there is differance between actor and star.u can say SRK is star. as far acting concerns aamir is better than him.as my point of view amitabh is best actor also carring stardom well.nobody can replace him.(his son also)in new generation hritik is sensible actor.As the question of king AMITABH is only one king from last34 years(from DEWAAR 1975).so we can talk about number 2 position in bollywood.number one position is always booked by amitabh.
Like the indian congi psyche is in major minoritys votebank so is the bollywood playing in the hands of the underworld.
Sad state of affairs in bollywood. Only khan films are financed, marketed well and all the remaining are told as flops even before they get released!!!!

Seems right... lot of hype around Khans whatever they do shown as right be it Salman killing innocents. AKSHAY, ABHI, SHAHID, HRITHIK are far better actors than SRK who is just overhyped mediocore actor even after 150 films!!!
Top Producersdirectors like Maniratnam(Yuva, Guru), Rakesh mehra(Delli-6), Karan Johar(Dostana,KANK), J. P. Dutta(LOC Kargil), Aditya Chopra(Dhoom series, Bunty Aur Babli), RGV(Sarkar Raj), Ramesh Sippy & Rohan Sippy(BluffMaster),etc.. are surely not fools to cast him as Hero(who according to some ppl here say does not know "Acting").. They cast him to make business.. and not for charity or for his dad's sake. And if Abhishek is not talented, no Top producer or banner would ever invest on him.. they are surely better more talented to recognoze acting talents than u and me..and they know it well, who is worth..As far as SRK is concerned, he is truely a media hype.Aamir is far superior actor than him.. Even the low-profile actor like Abhay deol is a far better actor than srk..

Abhishek's talents are displayed only on the male casting couch. That's why he has nothing left to display on screen. If not for the male casting couch no producer would touch him.

He is not a looser,he is among the top 5 stars of last 2 years. this year his 2 films sarkar raj & dostana are in top five list of biggest opening.
even his super flop drona collests 20 caror rupees. while SRKs "RNBDJ" is a senseless movie. he is next superstar of this country, SRK is media hype.
I find Abhishek to be a very versatile actor. Give him any role and he won't dissappoint you.
Abhishek role in Yuva, Guru, Dostana, Bluffmaster, Bunty Aur Babli, KANK, Sarkar, Sarkar Raj has proved his ability and he will be the next King of the Indian Film Industry.
