The movie is decent enough to be watched once. Lot of good messages about how you should not waste your life with cinema heroes. The scene of a fan spending money on a hero's 100 days posters is beautiful (these days, fans and their heroes pay money to run films for 100 days)

overall, good movie!

Hi Guys,

Reading the review it seems an exact copy from a malayalam movie Udayan aanu Taaram starring Superstar Mohanlal and Tamil actress Meena.

This movie was a superhit and Mohanlal was too good in portraying life of a struggling assistant director wanting to make good quality cinema.

Udayanaa nu taram means : Udayan is the STAR where Udayan is the name of character portrayed by Mohanlal
