I dont think this news is true. The director had already said in an interview that he doesnt like the idea of Robin, so no question of Shia LeBouf. The idea of Eddie Murphy, a black man playing Riddler(a white man in the comics) is dodgy. Also, I'm not sure the script is ready yet, so how can the casting be done so soon. I think this is just another internet rumor. Kindly confirm before you publish news on your website.
