Idli sambar tamils...please stop watching these type of rajnikanth, flying saucer, cigarette lighting, lungi wearing, monkey trick movies. It reflects very badly on your intelligence. Everyone is laughing at you.

Thanks for a Great Movie
by Rajarajan Sathyamurthy on Aug 30, 2008 10:03 AM  | Hide replies

Hey Ppl,

I got to watch this movie and was really enthralled about this feel good breezy entertainer. Director Kannan has done a great job and I wouldn't do justice if the Cinematography is not appreciated. The songs were much better to see accompanied by the Visuals and the packaging has been pretty neat. Bhavna is going to have a comeback of sorts and i loved her cuteness ever throughout. I just couldn't believe that she spoke Madurai accent with such good elan with a li'l bit of mallu accent here n there. Vinay looks to be coming of age and has shown a lot of promise. Lekha is great too but my pick will be Kishor donning the role of Guna - the baddie. There is not a sagging moment in the movie cos' the blend of human emotions and commercial aspects is just perfect. Vivek, Santhanam, Hanifa do their parts well and give us a good laugh. This movie sure is going to be another feather in the cap of Satyajyothi Films, adding on to their recent hits like Partiban Kanavu and Em Mahan. Let the Midas Touch continue and let's hope for many more movies like these in the coming days.

Cheers,
Rajarajan

Rai, Please stop abyuse of our actors.

Sure, Anat nag is talented but so is Kamal and Vikram.

Sure we donot have 6 Gnanpetha, but we have good writers.

our budget for one film is more than the budjet for your totally industry together.

To Mr.Murugavel Anniyamman:
Most tamil films and telugu films are of Big budget b cos in both the languages, the dubbing system is there.Especially Rajani and Kamal movies , yes the budget will be high b cos it involve both telugu and Tamil market and elsewhere.IN kannada there is no dubbing system.Do u think all the high budget films will click in the box office? Now a days most of the south indian audience are hungry for stories and good music. Most of the audience are fed up with the foriegn location, stunts etc. Most of the films in kannada are hit and making profits now a days b cos of goodmusic, nice natural locations within the state, country etc, with a low budget investment.Ofcourse the contribution from the heroes with new faces are going excellently.

Most of the Kannada movies are remakes of popular Tamil and Malayalam films. Only films by directors like Sathyan Andhikad, Hariharan, etc in Malayalam are original stories as they involve native problems and issues. Kamal most of the times do only original films as he is a perfect filmmaker & actor.

Hi,
Stop abusing other languages and industries. yes kannada movies may not be in par with other industries. Just movies doesnt make state. Its just an entertainment which people want to watch. None of the film actors are god nor they have done any good deeds. They all make money and enjoy keeping fans on their back. Film industry is purely for entertainment. If you look at some stars in other south indian, they are very neither good looking nor handsome. Its all how the photographer or makeup man shoot them on the screen. Brain doesnt come for movies alone. If you think brain is meant to shoot film, we dont need such useless brain which shoots movies. And most of other languaguges movies are so funny to watch, because its very far from practicality.
