The producer saying that 'hari puttar' title has no resemblance to Harry potter. Does he think everyone is fool ?? Even the characters looks the same as original.

Nonsense. Hari Puttar was a joke from Kal ho na ho when the old woman says Hari Puttar to someone and she is correct that its Harry Potter... Its quite place the Hari Puttar is Harry Potter ... But does it warrant litigation.... if Hari Puttar is a spoofy name and whats wrong with spoof. Next all ost movies will say you cant make spoofs... where is teh limit...?
This is the best remake of name we have heard so far.....secondly its very relevant meaning in Hindi....

I bet Warner borhters could not save this case....they should have tried some research, its a free given popularity to an unknown movie by such a big production house...
