UK event was fabulous %u2013 it was worth spending huge amount

I don’t know why few people are posting wrong messages against Amitabh Bachchan. I reside at London from past 16 years. I was at this event with wife, kids and In-laws. It was very professionally presented event. There was no room for getting bored at any moment.

We saw many events including SRKs temptation in the past. To be very frank this is the best show we have ever witnessed. This event was ahead of all other events we saw in the past. We all found this show more professional, well presented and organised. Amitabh Bachchan was at his best in dialogue delivery from Deewar and Agnipath. Crowd was totally entertained throughout the event. We never imagined that our day could be so cheerful and hilarious.

We were astonished by the presentation of this event and biggest star Amitabh Bachchan appearance. Crowd gone crazy on his entry and he got standing ovation when I had to lift my younger daughter on my shoulders to see him. What a charismatic person, don’t know what special energy and talent GOD has given to him.

I don’t know why few people post wrong things against such an honourable & much respected personality? Amitabh has created big news in UK media. We should be happy that biggest icon from our country is making us proud sitting far away from home.

I said many times , leave this Icon alone. Never indulge comparing him to any generation of actors. He is unique and remain like this for ever. I doubt even his son would match 25% this persona. There are feelings of frustration in the minds of his fans whenever some odd people use abusive languages in open forum like this. He deserves to be honoured with the highest accolades.

AB is the King of Magic!!!!!!!!!
by Sapphire on Aug 25, 2008 08:22 PM

The fact that the show was a spectacular success with an ovation is no surprise to those who have seen it in the U.S. People are still reeling in shock and surprise over how mesmerizing the shows were.. we expected nothing less in London.

Aish/Abhi/Pretiy, et all were fantastic. (The fact the Europe missed the magical icon Madhuri is another story-- we got the icing here). AB roars like the king with magic:

Mr. Bachchan got a STANDING OVATION here too in the U.S. I saw the show in both NJ and NY and he got the biggest ovation I ever saw. First.. his magical caribbean song (did he really sing??!!) was like something never heard before--the visual flowers in the background/ the Vegas like show-dancers. Gosh.. it's like he's a new superstar in a way we never saw before!

Then his classics, then his magical acting.. and he's the classic AB too.

It was like Mr. Bachchan bared his soul and connected with the audience so deeply-- in a way a performer has never done. We thank him again for that. Another big round of ovation and encore from all of us here in NYC and NJ!! We're still standing and clapping in stunned delight and thanks, Mr. B!!! :):) Encore Encore !!

You expect that he should do the shows for free? He had never proclaimed that this was for charity purposes. He is in the business of entertainment and this is his livelihood. People who attended the show paid to see him and other artistes willingly and apparently got more than their moneys worth. Si they aint complaining, why should you?

Cheers
