Vidhu Vinod Chopra,after making Parinda & 1942 a love story,saw a girl on the idiot box,coaxed her,chased her.... She, for what ever reason appeared on the TV,refused to work with a film maket of VVC's stature. Then VVC went to her parent & requested them to allow their princes to work for a small guy like him. The Princes after facing the camera realised that acting was her dream but refused to chase that. Then the same VVC, who was chasing her to do a favour by acting in his film,forced the princess to change her name. Guys are you ready to buy this theory ??????
neha falls in the category of tabu, meenakshi, sridevi in terms of acting. they were real gems in mid 90's. neha shud hav got good offers after her role in kareeb. she cud hav got lots of offer in meaningful films in south. i wonder y she didnt come down. i also appreciate she got back her identity. shabana is pleasant to hear tha neha. gud luk shab
