Period depiction: What kind of authenticity is this?

What kind of authenticity is this? Nandana Sen's styling looks like a Karisma Kapoor kind from the 90's films! Ketan, you have those paintings of Ravi Varma themselves as reference points to depict what the women of his times wore, be it the sarees, jewellery and make-up! (unless of course you are setting the movies in today's times)

friend.. u should search web to see Raja Ravi verma's imagination and potraits of women.. they use to wear similar kind of saree.. and yes.. they had their hairs.. open.. flying in the air.. either it was draupdi.. or sita.. all were very similar to this.. lets hope.. the actual movie.. also has certain other colors of raja ravi verma's life.. other than his relationship with woman.......

There are also potraits of nude women he drew of his lover. Thats what the film is all about, nudity and passion in that period, not all were like that, except very few like the film potrays
