Hey guys I am making a request to all of you. If any of you happen to meet this crap called raja sen, please throw him in the gutter so that next time I save myself and lot many from watching crap praised by raja sen.
i havent seen the movie,and after reading the comments posted across various boards,dont intend to see it either.infact,i knew it would be rubbish even before it came out.the reason being the way it was promoted,because of all the talk about kareenas size zero figure.but this is nothing new,almost every bollywood movie is made promoted in this manner,and eventually,they all turn out to be crap.shah rukh's six packs,ashes kiss,shahid-kareena break up.in fact,i cannot remember even a single movie in the last few years,whose trailer contained hints as to what the movie was about.even tzp generated hype by publicising itself as an amir khan movie.campare this with how movies are promoted in hollywood,compare their trailers with the trailers with trailers of bollywood movies and you will understand what i mean.anly weak movies,incapable of selling themselves based on their quality,go for such cheap publicity. also,one word of advice to the bollywood directors.putting akshay in a tattered jacket doesnt make a movie stylised,its a rikshawallas idea of stylization.stylization is about proper lighting camera angles and build up.watch the train robbery sequence in the assassination of jesse james and you will understand what i mean.well,till date,i havent seen a single bollywood movie with a comparable scene in terms of beauty. the only good director in bollywood probably is vishahl bharadwaj.

One heck of a comment,bang on target.Adding on I also do feel Maniratnam would follow suite of what you have mentioned abt real style is. Style in the form of simplicity yet a sinking shot in the viewers imagination... Bollywood but seems to have taken a different route ,hope we realise we are going in the wrong way.

abhijit don't be so cynic.... Respect every one's view... There may be more "so called" cultured educated people than you but that does not give them right to laugh at your point of view.... Hope same applies to you!
It seems that whatever hollywood produced is good...I can also name lots of hollywood craps.
TZP and Tashan both got 3 starts. And look the difference in public opinion. Raja is like a desi clerk in Indian government who got a job long time ago, and can't be replaced no matter how inefficient he is.
rajea sen gives TASHAN a good review...and said RACE is bad , and even gave the CLIMAX AWAY...my my.....what a reviewer...! i tell u TASHAN IS sad. just another of YRF flops....RACE was much, much, STYLISH...

Beleive me I got headache after watching this movie.Bhojpuri language ki ti pura faluda banaya hai. This one is unbearble movie without any doubt.I cant blame Raja Sen becoz he earns money by wting stuffs like that. Believe me I never read Raja Sen's review. In fact I come here to read others view.

same here.. i like to read others view.. all except raja sen speaks the truth.. what a headache movie is tashan... bakwas movie... i dont know why kareena had to lose her weight for this rubbish movie.
