My freind told me there were BIG OOHHHH Lala's when Hrithik enetered the first frame from all Arabic women. His acting the scenics all were so beautiful that Hrithik looks just like "made for the role!"
Remember Madhuri Dixit said that if she was reminded of a greek GOD in bollywood, that would only be "Hrithik".
SRK is doing negative advertising through media and through himself and his chamcha Saif at award functions.
OSO become immensely popular not because of huge publicity by entertainment channels but because of publicity by the news channel which publicised each and every move SRK was making as if it is a news item.

I dont know why people come out in open and tell how much everyone dislikes SRK as the badshah of Bollywood. He looks like the "QUEEN OF BOLLYWOOD"
What is this Chopra babe talking about . The title of the article itself is completely wrong , it's really stupid of rediff to upload such insane articles on its website. This is just an attempt to belittle Jodha Akbar , inspite of the fact that people all over the world have simply loved this movie .
In JA the voice of HR seems like voice of him in Koi Mil Gaya. We cannot forget the voice of Akbar in Mughle-Azam.. and OSO is wrost film i ever watched
The movie is a bigot and ridden with false history.
It also hurt many people and looks to glorify Akbar, who is none but a sexual pervert and enjoys kidnapping and molesting Rajputnis. Birbal is the middleman.

Do not comment on things you do not know....how many literary accounts have you read on Akbar....it is for men like you that the general people get tarnsihed and wrong ideas about history...you did not like tha movie is yours choice, but do not falsify history for that...
Jodha Akbar was a hit movie, there is no comparison of OSO with Jodha Akbar.
Jodha Akbar was a superb movie and liked by the people and Hritik was at the best, whereas OSO was simply a time wastage and one of the worst movie of SRK.
While I am no big fan of OSO, I wonder why many people believe that Jodhaa Akbar was a classic. JA is a complete work of fiction calling itself a historical. The first half of JA is like saas bhi kabhi bahu thi, and second half is so confused. Akbar was a great king and administrator but never a great warrior. In which book did Ashutosh Gowariker read that Akbar and his sis's husband fought one on one to decide the fate of a battle. If a movie proclaims to be based on historical facts, then it must not make such mockery.

U got it wrong ; the movie is about a love story: An episode in Akbars life. Its about two cultures gaining respect about each other.

There are many books which reveal Akbar fought with his own people to make his empire a joint culture kingdom.
Majority of his navratnas were hindus and thus many of his own people were against Akbar

DP, you mean to say that Akbar fought with his relatives on the battlefield in front of his army standing as mute spectators. Also, if the movie is a love story then why doesn't it just end like that ? That is the reason I say, the movie is so confused.

No one can compare Jodha Akbar with OSO. OSO was tHE Biggest S(-)it movie world has ever seen.
Jodha Akbar, is 1000 times better than it with respect to the story, performances, choreography, cinematography and most important direction.
OSO can be called a SPOOF MOVIE! a movie where every actor other than Shreyas Talpade has actually hammed. Shreyas's performance was far far better than SRK.
Hrithik's performance as Akbar is far commendable and professional than compared to that of SRK as Ashoka.
Hrithik is an actor to the level of Aamir, Akshay and Amitabh (Three Aces of Bollywood)
I donot agree with the rediff opinion .I had seen both movies and i rate Jodha Akber far ahead than oso.oso is media hype and jodha Akber is really a great movie.
