If Sanjay and Manyata are not married and Manyata is not divorced from her husband, then it is a criminal act of Sanjay Dutt to make sexual relationship with Manyata. He must be punished for this. he deserves indefinite detention.

There is no law for punishing someone if he/she makes sexual relationship with a person of opposite sex
