VERY CORRECT MR. UMESH, ITS DOSTANA AND NOT KALA PATTHAR, AS WRONGLY POINTED OUT. BOTH OF THEM HAVE ALSO EARLIER WORKED IN LATE MANMOHAN DESAI'S "NASEEB", IF I AM NOT WRONG, SINCE I AM VERY BBBBBBBBIG FAN OF BIG B & SEEN ALMOST ALL HIS FILMS MORE THAN ONCE.

Release date of Dostana was last. Kaala paththar was there last shooting together.Between release of kaala pathar and dostana, there was lot of media coverage on their animosity

after kala patthar, amitabh had refused to continue working in this movie. that is because shatru became very popular after kala patthar..... this project was revived in 1994 without the help of amitabh and they tried to finish the movie but then ran into budget issues.
kala pathar ws released in 1979. after that they appeared together in NASEEB NEXT yer and DOSTANA IN 1981. in cidently dostana was made by yash johar karans father and dharma prdn 1st movie directed by raj khosla. yash johar was working as dev anand prdn controller for his NAVKETAN FILMS WITH DOSTANA HE STARTED his film co.

naseeb was the last movie . kaalapatthar released in 1979. dostana/shaan released in 1980. naseeb relerased in 1981.

watch sunil dutt in mother india, mujhe jeene do, humraaz, sujatha etc. one of the finest actors of his time

Hey janardhan..gr8 choice, must admit..sunil was a fantastic actor, a good producer and an average director, apart from being a great humanitarian politician too. And yes Mujhe jeene do was a superb movie, that most forget. Mother India was a master stroke. Watch his eyes emote anger like none hath ever! Simply mind blowing!
