Some people hate themselves so much that they try to change the phase of their looks by doing multipule plastic surgeries. This kind of people are insecure and they hate everything about themselves. And when they acheive anything artificially they try show the world, what is they have acheived and this poor Rakhi Surgery Sawant is among one such breed.
Look at her is there anything natural about her she is creation of doctors, from her Breast to Buttocks everything is doctors creativity.
what about orissa? is it not a backward state? though REC exists in rourkela, not many enginers come out from the state..i mean they are more into civil services..why so?

Manoj, What makes you think that Orissa is a backward state ? If you are talking about poverty and lack of infrastructure,then every Indian state would be considered poor.
Are you from California,Maryland,Texas etc. ? If not,then look at your state before calling Orissa a backward state.

Can u please tell me how many of u have been to all the places of orissa?? Wat u know abt orissa before calling orissa as a backward state.The NGOs who are rated orissa as a backward state they have exlpoited innocent oriyas to the fullest.I have travelled almost the total orissa and seen wat orissa is and about rourkela..No match to it..Hope today we are discussing about our ORISSA and ROURKELA and rest of the world.How many of u want to go back to orissa to do something good for the state??? Hope this internet fight will help us to think abt this issue once again..

Hey, I dont know why u r asking this question here but let me tell you this.. I am a non-Orissa guy but grew up in Rourkela and spent more than 10 years. Its a very good planned city like Chandigarh and you dont have any traffic problems. Further, I used to live at a place near REC and believe me, they did produce lot of good engineers and I have seen many of them making good careers. Yes, There are areas where the state lags.. which I think lot other states too have their weak areas. But it is a lovely city to be in. A proud ex-rkl'ite
