The final scenes, where all the characters are caught offguard on the stage and the orphan-charity angle, are lifted straight from The Rat Race (2001) which was lifted in parts from IMMMW (too long to type)
No doubt that it is a comedy and lacks any logic, but still all the jokes are stale. I have heard these jokes soo many times before n also seen them in soo many movies that ,at a point ,it really becomes boring... I am really suprised that people have liked it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Surely the person has written this review with out watching the movie. Ritesh DOESNOT mimic Sanjeev Kumar while holding gun, infact he does that with mobile phone.
To redif: Employ some better informed critics.
Overall this is one of the best movies I have seen lately. I have watched this movie already 7 times

Dhamaal entertains throughout. Best part is it has agripping second half making it interesting. Dhamaal without a heroine adds to brave attempt at comedy and a rare thingy. Great performances by one and all. Special mention for Javed and our dependable very old Asrani he rocks in the film. Go for this light hearted comedy paisa vasool hai yaar.
