why do people say that OSO is running only bcoz of farah and SRK??? well... this is not fair..in fact..it is unlogical. you know why?
if there is a new movie... and the movie flops, it is bcoz the actors did not act well and the direction was bad...at the same time, if a movie is a super hit,then it is only bcoz of the direction and the actors!
so... if you think that oso has been a hit only bcoz of farah and srk,then u're wrong!
because,come on,a movie cannot be made without a director , and acctors... that is not called a film! it is called..called..well, something else!

according to me, following this, OSO IS SIMPLY GREAT! full of gud rocking songs... and colouful screenplay..where as saawariya is completely different! with slow moving songs... screenplay in the dark..oh! bad thing you have done comparing oso to saawariya..very bad! do you have the guts 2 compare SRK with the 2 newcomers there? no nah? then stop comparing movies!
Itis a pity that bollywood films has nothing to offer except stories of some love affairs.We will not reach anywhere with films that has the old formula of triangular love stories.Directors need to concentrate on adopting good subjects instead of filling old wine in the new bottle.
This is not to discourage Bhansali, but Saawariya seems to be a lost cause.
It was great mistake by Bhnasali to pit Saawariya against OSO, as it does not make any sense at all marketing wise, on one side you have a superstar who has millions of fans and on the other side you have 2 newcomers.
What is the fuss of the music of Saawariya, I think both Saawariya and OSO music is just average and not hits as claimed by some readers.
OSO saving grace will be visualization because of the massive star cast....

SRK is a superstar beyond compare. OSO will be a huge hit. Indian audience wants masala and romance best offered by SRK while Saawariya has nothing but scenic sets, columbia tristar logo and a new-comer who loves to call himself a gay icon. Saawariya is a waste of time and money. Its music is average. On the contrary some tracks of oso can already be counted in all time melodies. It is a matter of time that srk wins the war.

fully agreed. Sanjey has also wasted Salmaan's talent. only Salmaan could have stood before SRK.
All muslims will flock to OSO but will fail to save SRK's career. He is deadmeat. SLB has the greates hit of the decade in Saawariya. This movie will restore Kapoors as the premier family of the glamor land.

wow Mr. Minto, before reading ur reply I always thought that the educated class of India always stoos by secularism; but alas I was proven wrong. What in the world has SRK's stardom has to do with his religion. He reached the top with the help of his hard-work and sheer talent. On the contrary those kapoor's still joy-ride on the legacy of Mr.Raj Kapoor. Its time people like u should start thinking beyond the religion and break away from dynasties.
