kudos to the guitarists for their feat.... perhaps it is an achievement, even the though they (as usual)'performed' Dylan's riff; but its quite unfortunate that Dylan's fans could not ward off the complacency and regressiveness of the youth in NE , particularly Meghalaya, which has been for so long embroiled in a bitter civil war; SO NOT DYLAN, tch tch!
I can recall earlier days from my institute where NE guys use to sit at the top of the hostel with their guitars on. India should give more attention to this side of the country and flourish tourism there. ------india unwire . com

yes... the north eastern part of our country is a GEM... but we its sad that its potential are not utilized properly.
so much sports talent.. so much music talent. really.. too much..
