Vijay is leading a dual life . His girlfriend Shreya believes he is an honest person while the reality is quite different. Vijay is actually a professional conman who dupes innocent people as easily as he swats flies. When Shreya comes to know of the reality, she is heartbroken and ditches Vijay for ever. Vijay repents but it seems like it's too late now. One day Vijay bumps into Aditya "Dittu" Shrivastav who is an amateur conman. Dittu implores Vijay to teach him the tricks of his trade, but Vijay disagrees. One night, Vijay collapses while crossing a road and visits Dr. Bhalerao for a medical checkup. It is revealed that Vijay has a brain tumour and has very little time. He bumps into Dittu again and this time he agrees to take Dittu under his wing and teach him the basics of the art of conning. Together they zero in on a big "fish" - a shady hotel owner named Chandru and proceed to lure him into their master plan.

In this film, Kelamal Kaiyile will be the hit of this year and the vocals of both saindhavi and sriram has given a new dimension to this song. bet this song can make all the people drowsy.Then POnmagal vanthal remix. It will also become a hit as all the people even the elder ones will ike it with this beat. Then Marlin manroe song, a good combination of all the musical instruments ( western ). Madhumitha's sweet voice make the song Valayapatti lively and good to listen at her voice. Really good songs as compared to those other Diwali releases.

The album sounds really good with the first song sung by Rahman rocking. However its not as catchy when compared to Sivaji...it definitely deserves more than 3* ....
