Dear Ms. Shoma, What is acceptable or not acceptable is not for you and I to judge. There is no point in pouring your wrath and frustration on these litigants. You must remember that it is not these litigants who judge or punish-they only file a complaint in the court.
It is the court that admits the case if there is a prima facie valid point. If the court decides that it is frivolus it would not admit the case; besides, if the same person repeatedly files cases that are not admissible, the court even imposes fines and penalties on these litigants.
The very fact that the courts have admitted most of the cases mean that there is at least one valid point in the petition. Remember that the Indian judiciary by far enjoys considerable reputation in the world.
By the way, if you are thinking that India is the most litigant nation you need to correct yourself; it is the US the most litigant nation in the world.
