Madhuri quit hindi films much after her peak.Her peak was early to mid nineties. I hope Rediff does not think Hema Malini and Madhuri as contemporaries!
Saroj Khan once made it public how arrogant Madhuri had grown and how she disregarded her in contrast to Sridevi's humble attitude towards Saroj Khan despite having tasted fame by then (not to forget the original Dhak-Dhak dance was performed by Sridevi in a Telugu mega-hit). So, what's up Madhuri, what's prodding you to coax Saroj Khan now?

I think you have been mistaken grossly. Madhuri is said to be the most polite actress around in bollywood, it's rather Sridevi who has been considered as arrogant throughout her career. For example, her attitude towards Big B during filming for Aakhri Rasta movie in '86 and many similar pats with co actors later.
Madhuri will remain the most successful bollywood actress in history for long time, if not forever, but she will never be forgotten in the dark like Sridevi. When it comes to dancing and acting Madhuri can not be beaten.

What is your basis for saying she is most successful heoine. She was just as successful as a number of heroines before and after her. I doubt if she was the most successful marathi actress ever but that can be debated. However, calling her most successful ever is going overboard.

yes, look at sridevi. she is the no. 1 actress in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalm. and then she had ruled over the heroine market in hindi for over a decade.

I know, sridevi was superhit in south's masala movies also ...she exposed like hell. Madhuri was overall very descent as compared to devi ...sridevi was vulger in earlier part of her life ...and when she became old, she stopped being vulger (e.g. lamhe )

You are wrong. Sridevi is so calm. People have mistaken her because she was never visible in parties, scams, TV shows. she finishes the work and goes back home to spend time with her family. She used to stay aloof from filmi masala gossips. you do a research properly once again.

i agree with you. people think Dhak-dhak is the origrinal song. but not everyone knows that the song was already done by Sridevi in 1989 telugu cinema (jagadekha veerudu atiloka sinduri). even madhuri copied that saree style from Sridvi. Sridevi is the first to introduce that saree. later on, every actress copied that saree style in various films.

Madhuri is ok in dancing department to some extent. But unlike sridevi, she does not have good dressing sense and leg rounds. i dont know why peoply are crazy about her. can anyone dance like Vijayanthimala, Helen, Sridevi. no. not even one. go back to your world, Mads

I already said, she is ok to some extent in dancing becoz she is a trained dancer. acting? faltu acting skills she has. on otherside, sridevi never learnt dance but still she got good talent in dancing. can anyone do exactly what sri did in Lamhe? Mahesh bhatt confirmed once that she is an acting machine during the making of Gumrah. Mads never had much footage in any films. it was due to her male co-stars that gave her success.

Who cares what you say mr S R? You seem to be obsessed for fat and uncouth heroins. EVERYONE knows (and even you know, but do not want to say) that Madhuri is the best dancer and one of the better actresses.
