Regret to see this...

I really regret to see this news...
I feel sorry for Judge Kode, more than anyone else. That man has worked 14 years almost non-stop to get justice to all the Bomb Blast victims. He has worked on most of the Sundays & other Holidays too looking at finer details of the case, so that he can pass a very fair Judgement! Not sure how many of you know this, but when his father expired, he went to the court straight from the Funeral, as it was a very important day for the case....
Today, the Judiciary system has given him a message to remember for his life... "Never try to be Honest!!!"....
Mr Kode... You are a great man of honor & Principle... You are a true Hero in life!

No doubt about the hard work of Judge Kode. Only if the public prosecutor had been enthusiastic and done his home work and used all the material provded to him by the police the hard work Of Justice Kode could have been frutified.

I agree Arshad...As highlighted by TOI, in an article published during the conviction.... If Nikam would have used all the cards properly, Sanjay Dutt could have also been booked under TADA!

do NOT invest any more movies on sanju baba
by slash on Nov 27, 2007 02:15 PM

isnt it clear ? he's been on the indicted list forever now. why then are the producers risking their money on him ? its very clear that he's at fault for ages. any other normal person on the street would have been sent to the gallows for the same offence, labeled as anti-national. but the rich and famous are "foolish" and "get carried away" or such silly excuses.

repeat: rich and influential people are above the law
by slash on Nov 27, 2007 02:13 PM  | Hide replies

rich and influential people have always been above the law. right now, they get liniency, only if there's media coverage. they drag the case so long, that the actor/ rich man/ spolt brat/ etc etc can go on with their business normally. the added bonus is the limelight covering them. they forget that they are criminals glorified by the idiot box

Why this preferential treatment for an actor? Will the same yardstick will be applicable to other convicts?

Whats new in he getting bail
by prasanna j on Nov 27, 2007 02:06 PM  | Hide replies

All courts and judiciary is nothing but a mockery of people. When a special court created just for the Bomb blast convicts a person, a higher court overrules this. Is this not a slap for the police and the lawyers who fought people for 14 years in this case. Is so then why waste their efforts this way...anyways now sanjay will become a hero and foolish people will again felicitate him !!!...
