Come on how far can luck take him .Ofcourse he is a fine actor Bolloywood has ...yes luck is important but he has struggled and then come up if he wasnt a good actor the public wouldnt have accpeted him as a Superstar or King Khan ...its his acting and talent that has taken him all the way long in his carrer and his box office hits

hieght of a person has nuthing to do....the way he captivates the audience....is der any1 else to compete...?take any function hes been to hes sure to make a mark with his wits...hes smart...and if hes called badhshah r king khang wats wrong in dat?
He has got that charm, flair and energy to attract millions of people. Not only does SRK fans but even people who don't like can't resist urge to see SRK movie in a year. He is not like Amir who can only do 1 movie a year to be popular. Nor he is like AB to work in 10 movie in a year and making 1 out of those 10 to be called as Big B. At this age he can do as much movies as he wish and can be called Big B by some of his fans but SRK do only 2 movie a year yet he excels in all his movies. He earn Bread and Butter for millions of people in bollywood.

This is one of the most stupid message i have ever seen... SRK is the owrst actor and an individual in the bollywood.. We all know how he came to populrity ... He cut down the Big B rols whenever he acted in the movies with him but still was unable to even match 0.1% of Big B... and regarding no of movies... SRK is one o the coward person in bollywood who know very well that he cant make any movie suceessful on his own.. he need a good director.. coz he knows very well that good directors movies will anyways be hit.....I always get laugh at him whenever he tried to match the charm of Big B and get a slap on his face by audiance (Don and KBC are the biggest examples...).... and yes who can forget that contrversy when SRK paid money to mac mohan who was a filmfare judge to get the best actor award.. hehehehe .. this si the charm of your SRK dear.. I feel pity on people like u who still like that monkey called SRK....
Sharukh the King Khan rules the industry he rocks the bollywood n thats the fact if some stupid jealous people believe it or not for whon his fans hardly bothers.....actually for the stupid people Khan factor is the most opposing part....so people stop criticising him n start watching his movies

all those who are insinuating SRK as a hype star out of jealousy, lemme tell u that SRK is only doing what non-actors like John Abraham, Hrithik etc are already doing ie. whenever their movie releases, they build hype around the movie. SRK is just following what the needs of today's competetive world are. Do you know how a certain so-called good director like RGV did by declaring Bhoot as a hit even before first week collections had come? Can it be any worse thatn that? Atleast SRK dosen't resort to cheap tactics to hype his movie. Talking abt his movie and indirectly promoting it before the release is a valid thing to do given he is the producer of the movie too. Did he at all promote Chak De in which he was just an actor? also, what abt movies like DDLJ(biggest hit of India ever)? Did he hype the movie up? Did he used to hype superhit movies like Baazigar, Darr, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai or Pardes? This is all useless discussion started by people jealous of SRK's success. They have no problems when people like John Abraham or ABhishek do the same or non-actresses like Bipasha create controversies to hype their movie but they only have problems when SRK talks and promotes his movie!!!!! Sour Grapes has no limits!!!!!!

Totally Agree SRK is the most market savvy producer and super star of today. One should not feel jealous but should learn from the tactics he is adopting. But i would like to point a basic problem we generally have in India is that we tend to get into negative mode by seeing other people progressing instead of adopting positivity to learn few tips for our own betterment.

1)in 70's people waited for the movie to release(no promo of movies) now actors like srk go on telling please watch me,i have done surgery and got the six pack 2)Before actors had healthy competition now srk wants to be on top no matter what ,remember his face in film fare when hritik was dancing.and that pepsi add.
I personally don't like SRK's movies [except Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na, Chak De and mebbe a couple of them more]. But whatever you may call him, [Gay icon or super star or whtever]he is a superb salesman. He knows just how and where to pitch for max effect. Hats off to him for his ability to hard-sell himself fantastically well and consistently over 1 full decade. He can certainly give lectures on personal selling at our topmost B-schools. Lagey Raho SRK!

We share the same observations with a little difference. Being a 'superb sales man' means he is not good enough to "PULL" audiences merely using his acting skills (Amitabh just acts & that speaks for itself that he does not NEED to "SELL" himself.) On the contrary, SRK has to "PUSH" himself onto everybody's TV screens 24x7 just to get noticed to some & and does it bad enough to PUT OFF people from wanting to see him again.
All in all, SRK is meant for the audiences who are in awe of actors & who need to get a life. For the intelligent & mentally mature movie goers, Amitabh & a few others are the right actors to watch.
Only those who can to respond to my argument on a logical & inteligent basis, need respond.

Dear D Souza I am in the field of accounts if I want myself to get noticed with my work I have show my work my dedication towards my duties to my superior and goes on telling my subordinates about my Laurels, even though I m good in acccounts department and I do many work if my working ability cannot get noticed than whats the use ? Same way if SRK doing lots of publicity than he want to get attention of his work with lots hype funda, at the same time I agree with you that the Hype SRK is creating its on extreme, I dont like that level
I agree OSO is not a good film its an OK film with media HYPE But it doesnt mean that SRK is not a good actor he is a wonderfull actor

Just imagine anyother actor in OSO and then can u imagine in your wildest dreams that it would have been this big hit?..the answer is a emphatic NO. lets not bitch about his sexual preferences and other stuff. The guy is pretty smart, intelligent.
