I am sita from Delhi and have been watching star voice of India right from the beginning.My mother is a classically trained singer.Winning and losing are the twin parts of the same coin.Even the great Actor Amitabh Bachchan had to fight against all odds to make it as No.1 in the film industry.
I was very keen that you win because you have a fantastic voice but I think you will have very long-term benefits.This has been the pattern in my life.That is what counts--- your long term benefits.Wait and watch...you will do very well.

Harshit cannot sing from adams. He just copies whosoever's song he is singing. Ishmeet on the other hand is an original singer he always sings his won way. Sometimes, even the composer's are put to shame, since Ishmeet manages to change even the original tune and sing in his own way. His scales are different, notes are different, in fact, when you hear the song you are not sure it is the original song. He is that good.

Dear Mr John Koli,
It is good to hear that you are a good and sincere fan of Ishmeet but I do not think it gives you any authority to say that Harshit cannot sing from adams. Looks like you really need to go to an ENT and check out your ears. Both are good singers and if you are really a lover of music learn to appreciate the art and avoid harsh stupid and uncalled criticism.

Urmila. To be honest, I did go to the ENT specialist, because I did not believe what I was thinking. The ENT said that my ENT are okay. He also said that all the ENTs seem to have the same opinion as mine. So I do not need to worry unnecessarily. I am not being critical of Harshit. It is not his fault if he cannot sing the original song any differently. BTW, you have a lovely name. I had a beautiful classmate named Urmila, I was quite fond of her in a friendly way, I mean.

Ishmeet was clearly far less talented than Harshit. Ishmeet was the one that copied everyone else's style, and had no identity of his own.
Harshit, on the other hand, had a refreshingly new personality to his voice and a masculinity that has been missing since Kumar Sanu left the scene. Moreover, he had superior ability and vocal range.
Well, time will show who the greater star will be, but my prediction is that Harshit will leave Ishmeet in the dusty annals of history in Bollywood playback singing.

Very true this SMS system is faulty the real talent leaves and the not so good ones remain. I feel sorry for Harshit becoz what a competitor he has 'ISHMEET' its an insult to Harshit's talent. If Irfan or Aabhas were competing with him one can understand, but 'ISHMEET'. Its Yuck!

OUR FAMILY IS REALLY DISGUSTED AT THE SAME ISSUE. ISHMEET BEING IN FINAL 2 !!!!!!!!! IT IS JUST THE SIKH VOTE, THEY MOSTLY VOTE FOR THEIR COMMUNITY. DONT EQUATE PUNJAB WITH SIKH - THE COMMON MISCONCEPTION.

U cooment on Toshi, Yes he voice is good but i think people justified and made him out secound tiem and he diservce to first of he is not to be bakc when only four competitoe was their its bcoz of all judge they bring him back people are very intelegent.
I just wann to rememeber that episode whne he was terminated first time he told in front of all people muje uss gandgi me nahi vapas jana jaha se main aaya hu.The person who thingk his soceity and and his house his ganda and he dosent wann go bakc then think how is this person just get few lamlite he feels his house and the people from jaipur he feels ganda.
I think people understood and gave him right decession. and bye the way i wann tell u one more thing this toshi and irfan has been participate in 2005 on zee tv saregama pa and the judge was same and even anchore was same only his name was change this time so all this channel make us fool to give same popson chane in every two year

For your kind information, Toshi never participated earlier, that was his brother Sharib. Many audience confused him to be Sharib again, and this doubt was clarified by the producer in one of the episodes. Further, few others were also seen in SRGMP in the past viz. Priyani, Abhaas (as child) BRUSH UP YOUR FACTS FIRST
I am affraid Ishmeet will win but real VOI should be Harsheet,Abhas,Toshi or Priyani.Voting system is totally ridiculas.Shaan himself announced that Mirande got 1000 vote from only one person(from one mobile no only). Vote:(percentage) North India--Harsheet-40 Ishmeet-60 West India--Harsheet-70 Ishmeet-30 East India--Harsheet-73 Ishmeet-27 South India--Harsheet-74 Ishmeet-26 All India--Harsheet-49 Ishmeet-51 Above result proof that there is no value of talent.Only money can make a star.Per capita income of Punjab is highst than all other state.They have money to send sms a lot.
Remember Ishmeet will not become a good play back singer in future.But Harsheet has a bright future.Then after 5-10 years people will lough after VOI and Gajendra Singh

Exactly SMS system is faulty talented singers like Aabhas, Irfan, Toshi, Priyani, Abhilasha, Ashpreet are out and Ishmeet is there to compete with Harshit. People are promoting regionalism, communalism and gender bias via SMS which is very-very bad. I feel sorry for Harshit becoz what a competitor he has. Its an insult to harshit's talent to compete with Ishmeet if Irfan or Aabhas were competing with him one can understand, but Ishmeet Yuck!

Dear Sagar, I see there a gr8 business opportunity. I am thinking to start mass SMS providing agency. The SMS in favour or the client (contest of such shows) at a nominal charges adding service charges. Naturaly i think there would be agencies active in this field. but the more efficient one can make fortune of a contestant, even though he / she is not an ultimate talent.

Mr. Anil Shinde,
Toshi is such a nice voice and an answer to Pakistani sufi styled singers. That is why Abhijeet da liked him the most. Abhijit da has earlier opposed allowing the pakistani signers to sing here in India, while our singers are denied permission for performance in Pakistan.
Toshi being a muslim and from a family of classical music, had to resorted to sing in one of the Bar at Mumbai to earn his livelyhood. He showed his unwillingness to return to such a place again. He is of the opinion that this is sheer insult of this talent. But i feel he had already earned a lot of fame by participating into VOI, that he would not be required to sing at a Bar.
I am personaly a fan of Harshit, Ishmit, Abhash, Priyani, Mirande, Sumitra, Irfan and Toshi offcourse.
Though Ishmit became the Amul Star VOI, but everybody knows that that each of the above mentioned singers has their own paculiar quality of voice and singing.
