Hi,

I simply don%u2019t understand what you write%u2026..

Your article %u2026%u2026always.. I mean always%u2026. Get on my nerves%u2026

For example:

%u201CAgree or disagree, as you will (speaking for myself, I don't) %u2013%u201C

What does this mean:

You don%u2019t agree?
you don%u2019t disagree?
You don%u2019t care whether you agree or disagree?
It means nothing.
It is M.F Hussein%u2019s art. It means whatever reader interprets it to be.

I have a suggestion:

Please include a poll at the end of each article:

Did u read it?
a) yes

b) No

Did u understand?
a) yes

b) no

I am sending you a result that I go after sending your article as an attachment to 100 people ( to my conpany%u2019s distri-list) with the above 2 questions:

1A %u2013 42%

1B %u201358%

2A %u20132%

2B %u201398%

When I contacted 2% people who nodded in response to question 2, NONE of them could comprehend what they understood%u2026..all of them were CAT aspirants and believed that every piece of writing makes sense; they can understand anything on this planet; what you write is good English and can be expected in CAT paper; they MUST understand everything that does not make sense.

Do I make sense?

I am very obliged to you for taking all that trouble. If the words (speaking for myself, I don't) does not tell you that I do not agree, I despair of your understanding. People who do understand, and have thoughts to share in response, email me -- and judged by the number of emails, plenty do. So if I was you, I wouldn't worry so much.

critics doesnt deserve to criticise
by pooja jobanputra on Nov 21, 2007 08:00 PM  | Hide replies

think now adays critics r not being truthful. all just go for money. i agree to one of tyhe above comment that OSO wasa disaster. it was nothing but just a heap of overacting wid no proper story. instaed i loved the movie sawaariya which is just put down by the critics so badly. i belive some critics just dont watch the movie n report accourding to the stars or are they given money to write it down. anyways i feel people should go by their instinct and not by other people's writings

Critics? Who r those?
by Sanjog Adke on Nov 21, 2007 05:47 PM

Critics are money makers these days. All the producers and distributors who pay good amount to the critics get good words from them. Recently I could not stand the movie OSO. What was so different in the movie, it was all rubbish masala but just due to hype and advertisement the movie worked. I heard nobody saying me personally that they loved the movie OSO. Critics these days should be banned from writing or limitation shall be drawn of who shall be a critic.

Kolywood is batter than other !
by deepika on Nov 21, 2007 05:23 PM  | Hide replies

The Bollywood should look at south films, because they have great script writters, story makers, and great directors. bollywood should learn how to make films which attract people. like Priyadarshan he remakes his own old films to hindi. Is it not tell us a great potential story of south cienema. atleast remake malayalam films, we can save our industry.

Stop sucking up to Karan Johar. He has enough boys who do that for him. You are not going to become a AD in his film.
