I dont think calling someone 'Gorkha' would be derogatory...
If so then what about our 'Great Indian Army'... they very proudly have what is called "Gorkha Regiment" ... shoud they be chaged as well ...

the comment made by bray was equating gorkhas with chaukidari.

That is a RACIST comment and should be dealt with sternly.

no matter who has commented it but personally i feel no one should ever be targetted personally on any basis. it is ok to make people laugh but not at all acceptable to make derogatory comments that hurts the value system within people, humour has its own place but it should not intercept the personal space of any individual. hope this will be teaching lessons to everyone who makes fun of another person without taking the responsibility of outcome. India is already divided under so many strata's such comments would just divide it further by one section of people agreeing and another section disagreeing.

Whatever he said, he was free to express his opinion in his right. If he said something very bad throw him out of job and never allow him to be RJ or to be in front end of any mass media. If he did a mistake he should be punished but punishment should fit the crime.

A radio jockey is an ordinary human being. If anything he has uttered against Prashant is expression of his heart, may be he also did not accept the verdict of the people. Why to stir about it.

Can the people do something to ban this SMS business and make the people fools. The very purpose of selecting any winners through SMS is a foolish act.

Radio jockey is live on air and should not be irresponsible.

His comments are racist and stern action should be taken against him.

he said that the nepalese community is only for security purpose and and as prashant has won, the indian origin indians should look after their home. The RJ dont realise that people here from india also go all over the world to do big as well as very low level jobs..so he should not have said like that to increase violence.
