I earlier worked for Ramu & once visited his Home due to some official work. Since ramu was not yet home, his cook took us around his house. His one bathroom wall has a huge poster has Urmila's Back totally NUDE. She looked bomb in it.... Ramu must have fun days with her.
Before aag he's giving crap interviews like if he has to choose beautiful face/ugly face with acting abilities he would go for beauty....blah...blah..blah....it was in ref to Ash....now we are waiting for sarkar raj....lets see....but one thing is sure....he cant trap Ash with his chikni chupri baaten
Manoj Bajapi delievered the finest performance Hindi Cinema has ever seen in Ramu's Satya. Manoj was mindblowing in other Ramu productions such as Shool and Road. Yet Ramu stopped working with him. Antara Mali was a brilliant actress who was just fantastic in Ramu's Naach and Company. Yet Ramu dumped her. Randeep Hooda made one of the finest debuts ever in D (Ramu produced it) yet Ramu stopped working with him as well. In short, Ramu is a dumb moron who doesn't want to work with great actors.

If you are a new comer actress working for RGV, everyone thinks you went to bed with him. This is ruins the girl's career in terms of other offer. Ramu will go for another younger girl and will discard you. This is really bad.
RGV should exclusively with Bachchans since they all are established super star. Sarkar II will rock.
