i saw d movie,i didnt get bored at all... yup d last seen was something draggy... but comedy, acting, everything was up to d best... deepika is really hot n superb....on the whole i liked the movie...shah rukh gr8 job dude!!!!
The film OM SHANTI OM has sheer the magic of Sharukh Khan. His presence on screen has made all the difference. He has done justice to both roles. Though story is not new( never claimed so ) but the treatment has the novelty which made it watchable. Deepika Padukone is the find of the year undoubtedly. She never seemed like a new actress. She has done her job with sincerety and with commitment. Farah Khan , the director is extremely good in exploiting the scenes, songs especially. The dress designer, art director, music director , writer all have done a commendable job.
hi, i am from sri lanka..and i too watched oso..it was an ok movie..and i am a huge SRK fan..there were some inciedent which i couldnt believe..but over all i loved the movie except the end..end should have been bit better and realistic..thumbs up to the entire cast...and also indian cinema is the best for me...indians should be really proud of it..
i dint read the reviews. but the reviews painted such a glorious picture of the movie, id have been disappointed in any case. it might be perfectly palatable for many, but as for me and most in the theatre id been during the last weekend - well, most were scratching thier heads, as to what the movie was all about. so much time waste. its like there were a few movies rolled in one. the first half is completely a mess. its so silly you wonder if its actually a movie! the spoofs and skits are something that can be produced in a college. its a completely nonchalant/ easy/ uninterested effort in the first half. spoofs are fine, but not at the cost of the movie. it starts out like forest gump, weaving old facts into the movie, if one wondered that it'd carry on - sadly, it changes track. somewhere near the second half of the second half (post interval) the story suddenly picks up. they had such a good script at hand, they could have used all the money constructively too. damn shame.
I am a person who doesnt go by reviews because i feel that no two people are the same n hence every person has his unique view about a movie.I just saw the movie this afternoon n absolutely loved it....No im not an avid shah rukh fan or anything but i feel the movie is a celebration of Indian cinema with a little good intentioned humour....I dont feel that any particular person has been offended in the movie coz almost all the stars whose histrionics have been spoofed have made a special appearance in the later half of the movie.This shows that they have taken it in the right way- Sportingly !.....For those who haven't, well plz have a big heart....One should carefully notice all the spoofs made in the movie on present as well as yesteryear's stars n find that the movie is a laugh riot.The results are for all to see in the form of box office collections !!!

Last night I watched Om Shanti Om...it is still running housefull in many halls...I somehow managed to get tickets for 11pm show...now I am cursing my luck for getting those tickets...what a movie! "Main Hoon Na" was an ok movie by Farah Khan but compared to this crap it was a master piece...really I couldn't keep my eyes open during the movie...it was extremely boring and fails to hold the interest of any serious moviegoer even for the first 20 minutes%u2026.it seemed as if a 10 year old has written the script and an 8 year old has directed it....only five kind of people will like the movie%u20261) the die hard SRK fan (the same kind of people who made Don a hit movie)%u20262) kids because they will find all the masala that they usually want (you can%u2019t blame them)%u2026..3) NRIs because they seem to like all the Hindi movies %u20264) Girls because%u2026only god knows why? 5) Indian critics like Rajeev Masand (CNN IBN) & Nikhat Kazmi (TOI) who had shamelessly overrated this movie (I am sure they get paid for it by the producers)%u2026

O plz... dont be so harsh... it was nothing like that... bahut logon k upar jokes kiye gaye the.. even shahrukkh.. thats not a big deal... overall the movie was really entertaining.. a typical Bollywood masala movie... as it was rightly put up by Farah Khan before the movie release.. zaroori nahi hai ki har movie ekdum seriously technically right ho.. sometimes we feel to watch these kind of movies also which are full of humour.. light... entertaining n has very good acting by all... I liked OSO.. very very much..

so fine, you liked the movie. just like how you like the movie, there are hundreds here who have NOT liked the movie. go fend for yourself, join the OSO marketing team! as for us plain movie watchers.... and those whove opned here...OSO sucks, sure it had its good moments - overall the movie sucks!

yes i agree with u dude and the way he made mock of manoj kumar was insulting, ofcourse indian movies they never have any logic in it simple and easy to understand ,kudos to ramgopal varma,and many other directors who make real life movies in a very approachable way.

Cool buddy. don,t be so harsh.I saw the movie and I liked it. I'm not Sharuk fan but to me it is a package of 3 hrs entertainment.May be u like movies with story etc..and insult to Manoj K is a crap. In every tv show , we can see the same joke . So why need to cry on such things
