As a series, the most memorable scence in star wars is the massacre of jedi in the Revenge of the Sith. Though Anakin's transformation was shallow, the jedi annihilation potrayed all the darkness and the evil associated with the event. truly the moment that elevated star wars..
among the character, yoda had the most impact. his non-sensical use of grammar not only contrasted his authority with flippancy, but it also spewed off a new conversational style- still extremely popular.
the fight scene in the forest is superb. loved it when i was a kid, made me all starry eyed with those mind boggling effects (new those days), was a kind then, left a lasting impression.
I cannot name any one character in Star Wars which is spectacular. Every characters in Star Wars have been wonderfully crafted. The situations in the film have been beautifully incorporated and wonderfully timed. Such films can only be expected from George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. Even today I eagerly look forward to watching Star Wars once again.
Am a Die hard Star wars fan. Have watches all these movies at least 5 times each. Favourite ones are "Empire Strikes back" and "revenge of the sith". Han solo is my favourite Star wars character. He is cool, witty, funny and on your face all the time.
