The money that she sepnd in her education belongs to her parent. If she is earning better by dubbing what's wrong in following this profreeion. There are lot of people who have changed their profession after getting good degree. Look at Kumble & Dravid, they were engg, Amesha Patel is graduated from Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts and so on.

Abey Murali, are you her father?? She can do whatever she likes as a career....for you bloody information, even most Engineers do not do engineer specific jobs today; have you even checked out a bank, you will see lots of engineers doing banking....
If you did not have the guts to step out of your role, dont stop someone else from doing it!! You seem a frustrated old engineering coot!!
Hi Vidya, Its disappointing that after u studied in such an excellent and prestigious institute, u joined in movies. You could have opted for either higher studies or taking a mechanical job as a profession.

"studied in such an excellent and prestigious institute" will not applicable for all pass outs. Some of them junk and they have not done great. Everybody has unique Talent (any kind of) by birth. But Indian education system are very oriented towards Maths/Science/lang only. All other kind of practice not available for 85% of Indian. She is started well.
How come she was crowned as miss chennai? Its really a shame...she looks normal..there is no beauty in her...she has brought a disgrace on the title Miss chennai..

how can u comment that she is beautiful or not.. some may see her beautiful same may not and u belong to second category. and if selection committie has decided her as miss chennai then she deserve that.... so before criticizing anybody think twice ..... there is nothing shameful stuff in this.. she is really pretty... you have rights of expression but u dont have right to say bad if u think that is bad.... it may be good for others like me i see her very beautiful..

We are fine in having her as Miss Chennai, after all beauty lies in the eyes of beholder.
