Vijay, this is not the correct answer. A call centre, simply, is where a customer CALLS with an intent to have his problem solved. This may be a telecom billing problem (e.g., 121 of airtel) or a bank's call centre. Other than solving problems, call centres can be used to clarify doubts, know about facilities and features, etc, or to activate and deactivate such service(s). . IT companies have nothing to do with call centres except that most Indian IT companies have acquired call centres to aid their business. Thus, Wipro had purchased spectramind, Infy has 24*7 (not sure), IBM owns Daksh, etc. But call centres do NOT form a part of the IT business and industry. They are called BPO (business process outsourcing) because they work on the outsourced process of another company.

Great film something different except for the lead cast abhay and neha all the other characters in the film look very ugly and doesn't give a pleasant feel to the viewers otherwise this film could have beena great dark cinema with humour as essence of the film. debutant director had a great honest attempt. God bless him. This movie will be only mumbai centric. it had a poor opening at the multiplex. I enjoyed the film neha and abhay gave sincere performances. Abhay looks innicent and neha is stunning sexy.
the film is paisa vasool.. definitely worth a one-time see.. the storyline is xactly wat the reviwer said.. where i beg 2 differ with him is the way the film was handled.. its a gud film overall.. bizarre storyline.. but shot well..
