On the contrary , Delhi smells like rose petals. Delhites are the most polite people I have ever seen.There is only one small issue. Women should wear steel undies bcos Delhites cant stand the sight of a good looking ( doesnt have to be good looking ) women. Delhites will abuse them and also molest if they get a chance. what crap/// u cant get a more dirtier city with all slums and all that than mumbai. i live in south mumbai and commute to the suburbs to study.. the sights and sounds are worse than anything here. whereas in chennai climate apart and the rickshaw woes, it is lovely place to be in.. in alwarpet where my parents stay. the most hospitable people. the best facilities. who says chennai doesnt rock. if u can make do with a bit of sweat. chennai is the BEST

Rajini makes movies once in 2&1/2 or 3 yrs, he earns his profits from the movie earnings meaning- the longer the movie runs the more money he gets( his movies run for close to 500 days, spanning more than a year), if he can donate 1 crore in linking rivers which is just a fraction of his donations to charity ( charities like these come under complete tax benefit), so he cannot be the high tax payer. Movies are not the only way the bollywood khans earn, Ur khans earn high income as they(except Aamir)dance on stage shows,world tours, marriages n in front of Shiekhs & underworld dons and take expensive gifts from them hence have to pay high tax to save their *#$.

I admire this guy Aamir Khan who lives life dignified, doesn't dance cheap, doesn't accept MANIKCHAND or FILMFARE AWARDS. Makes look acting an art. He gives bollywood a dignified status to look up to and a perfect ambassador. I read a lot of anti-Tamil, anti-Hindi messages here.Here is my personal opinion.In India almost all the states have their own regional language.I speak Marathi in our family.I learnt Hindi as that acted as a bridge when I spoke to my friends whose mother tongue was Gujrati or Punjabi.I grew up in Mumbai/Bombay so ditto with Tamils, Kannadigas, Malayalis, Telugu speaking people.Even when I was abroad Hindi provided that bridge when I used to meet other fellow Indians.It gave me that "homely" feeling.The feeling that I am not alone.I accepted that India is not just Maharashtra and Marathi alone.India is much bigger so the concept of Indianness has to be bigger.There has to be a common underlying thread which should bind us.Hindi definitely was not 100% answer to that thread but was good enough for me given the complex nature and structure of Indian society. I am equally proud of India's rich diverse culture.I know for sure that Tamil is one of the oldest language.Other languages also am sure must have their own beauty.I believe at the end of the day, its how we progress in terms of technology, health and other areas that will help us and our country.Languages can definitely act as facilitators.Regards
