Shilpa is a public figure and so is Gere. They need publicity without which they r nothing.People were forgetting Britney Spears. She went pantyless and had pictures published.People flocked to see her pics and she is famous again.Shilpa and Richard must be laughing at the stupidity of Indian people who have nothing to do but burnt statues. One in the family toils hard while the others do nothing except indulge in stupid narre baazi.I wish if everyboday can lift their lazy asses and get to work. There is lot of work to be done...stop complaining that there is no work....
Mere Bharat Mahaan...Jai Hind...

indecent exposure ???
by ashish sinha on May 07, 2007 07:17 AM

what i do not understand is, how can this be an indecent exposure.

i can understand that if someone is taking clothes off or showing skin, then its exposure, but while kissing you do not need to take your clothes off.

so this can't be said as indecent exposure.

dont know what has happened to these people like poonam bhandari. may be they r bored of their love life... or may be they r just jealous of how gere and shilpa could do something that they could never even gathe courage to do !... ha ha.. so instead of fuming over this they should introspect !!!

and they should feel free to kiss their wives/husbands/ ex girlfriends/boyfriends in public.. go ahead guys.. err advocate Bhandari !

Kissing row:Shilpa misses hearing

India is one huge dungheap - a land filled to the brim with self-righteous, sanctimonious hypocrites. Look around - there's obscenity being condoned and approved in plain sight everywhere - from men and women by the millions defecating, relieving themselves and bathing in public; people sleeping on the streets with their bodies uncovered, some even having sex (that's how the tens of millions of street kids are made)in public. But that's not obsecene because they're 'Indians'. But when a firang gives a peck on the cheek to a woman in public, these dung-eating scumball hypocrites are baying for blood. No wonder this fetid backward land is such a stinking cesspool - it's people dung for brains.
As for this self-appointed morality Ayatollah, when the case gets kicked out by any decent, fair-minded magistrate or judge, both Gere and Shetty should sue him for billions of rupees - for defamation and psychological damage. After all, he's an 'advocate' and should love being hauled up to court and tied up in litigation for the next ten or twenty years.

Hey Mr. Ramdeo dont start ranting about India, that is none of the business of this discussion. Keep your dungheap thoughts to yourself dont spread your stench if you cannot help clean it....

dear ms .madhavi
its impossible to clean the dungheap in india coz the whole heap has hardened beyond change.what can i do for someone who is defacating by a busy road?build him a toilet?that is up to the govt.also,i've seen people urinating outside a public lavatory without bothering to go inside.maybe that is part of indian culture too.

i think first and foremost they need to hang this bandari fellow,as an example for people not to waste the time of judges and the courts.who knows, maybe some important case for some poor farmer was pushed aside to accomodate this psychos case.i feel, torture shud be the appetizer before the entree(which is the actual hanging)

I am hurt to see a person of stature like Mr Gere is so much insulted by we a perverted nations of freaks. Its a greater insult for Mr Gere than any shilpa etc etc. Tehy should not have done such a thing. Maybe Mr Gere should visit this filthy land of narrow minded people.

Narrow-minded people are in all nations. Gere was in India for a public cause and is supposed to be a role-model. Shame on him ! But when a celebrity with a lot of money and an accompanying wife cannot maintain self-control in public, it shows how pathetic their lives are !! Ganesh

kissing on the cheek is not a big deal.walking around naked wud be.if a sadhu is walking around naked,in the kumbh mela, its ok coz he's a shaggy dirty old man. but if that person is a young and good looking one,its a problem.why this hypocracy?temples in india have statues in various sexual positions.why cant we destroy those?these r immoral too!!the kissing issue has been blown out of proportions by some psycos, who wud have probably raped shilpa in their minds many times over.people keep saying"oh indian culture, indian culture."the truth is that indian culture is not going to feed the hungry or cloth the naked.so people need to concentrate on things that help feed the hungry etc and not be pre-occupied with indian culture.some of the language used in the messages in this forum is miles away from what the so-called indian culture dictates.if shilpa got kissed, its her problem, her family's problem and let them resolve it themselves.

Shilpa skips hearing

Shilpa doesn't have time for that nonsense on the cow-dung circuit. She is a busy international star playing the world stage. And, what the hay?...if some funny-looking judge puts her in jail(a la Paris Hilton), Shilpa will make a movie about it, get involved in prison reform, give interviews, and make tons of money from the experience. Why? Because Shilpa rules!
