It is a good thing to give the option to comment by all the readers. But I feel that there is a need to filter/edit before these comments are posted on the website, not afterwards. Sometimes the readers are getting highly emotional and attacking other readers personally which will never do any good. The whole purpose of sharing mature and sensible thoughts is getting lost in this war of the words. I also feel the image of the website is getting damaged because of this.

vijeta pandit
by Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman on May 03, 2007 01:44 PM  | Hide replies

i like vijeta pandit more. she was more glamorous and looked more beautiful than aish or any other actress in her times. see movies like loha, mohabbat and love story. and she had a very sweet voice. of course, she went towards the fatter side towards the latter part of her career but all in all the maharashtrian beauty was better looking than many actresses. just my opinion btw.

Well Nikhil, a whole bunch of people besides you know of Ramya. She is the most popular heroine in Kannada films. Plus she has acted in quite a few Telugu and Tamil films. Bright, young, full of spark is how we describe her.And she is far from an aunty type actress.

As for Ramya Sen?? we have all heard of Riya and Raima Sen. Then there is Rimmi. Theres also a Reema Sen. But Who on earth is Ramya Sen??

typical Northie Chauvanistic response. for them India is only North and Indians are only again northies who speak Hindi. All others are non-existent.
Buth then look where we in South have reached and where the norhties still remain (BIMARU) etc

yeah but apart from chennai, bangalore and hyderabad south is still quiet backward as far as industrialisation is concerned. compare it to north india where even small cities like ludhiana, jallandhar, mathura, gwalior, biwani, bokaro etc are industrialised not to mention cities in gujarat and maharashtra which are the leading industrialised states of india.

i am not a north indian but its high time south indians wake up from their fantasy. i think they are becoming complacent due to their arrogant attitude becoz of IT growth. only 3 cities in south are worth mentioning about compared to tens of cities in north. how abt spreading the growth of chennai, bangalore etc to other areas which are still backward in south. south indians, IT will not last forever so beware and think of other avenues of developing your rural areas otherwise a time will come when north will be the focus all over again.

the biggest crime any successful person can do is being complacent and praising himself forever. because ultimately it will lead to his downfall.

btw i am a south indian too if u r thinking of abusing me as a northie. ;)

North dont praise yourself..When you were worth talking, you were fighting amongst yourselves..If not for the level-headed southies, India would have been like Pakistan..Where hot-headed patriotism rules over constructive education..there is a thin boundary separating nationalism and stupidity ! Just look at Delhi/Lucknow crazy traffic, you will understand why Most(not all) Northies are just plain stupid and agressive..what say MR.Nigam

RE:who ???
by Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman on May 03, 2007 11:49 PM
idiot kamath, north india's main city is Delhi. the power centre of India is delhi if u don't know. the financial capital of india is mumbai if u don't know. both mumbai and delhi have majority north indians who run the show. there is only bangalore for south to showcase being the IT capital but that too is being filled by north indians. actually u r wrong. in last 50 years, its north india which has dominated in every aspect. indian olympic medalists are mostly from north. indian cricket icons are from north. indian film industry throught the world is genrally known as Bollywood which has its reach throught india even south. south indians want to show off nowadays as i see so many trying to speak in hindi in bangalore and hyderabad as a matter of show off to girls. hindi has dominated throught india even chennai nowadays. so i don't know which world u r living in when u say south india dominates. and btw, most PMs of india have been from the north too. so even in politics north is dominant.

btw i am not a north indian but just wanted to highlight the huge folly of ur statement. be it justified or not that north india and north indians dominate but he truth is that they do dominate india in most aspects even if UP and BIhar are BIMARU states.

Hi Parameswaran,

Many hindi movies which are the big hits, are the re-make of films from south. They can't even appreciate that fact

Good reply. But sorry to say that I am not related to her. She has no brother.

Check in google, she herself has stated in the past that her passport do not contain her father's name. But in real life she calls 1 of her Mom's friend as Dad!@#$$
