Bollywood's flop list in 2007 are increasing and bollywood is going to break all records worldwide. Add Delhii Heights to that.

I thought someone would call "Black" the best bollywood movie...infact it the best movie..but the problem is..it is a direct ripoff of the Oscar winner hollywood movie "Miracle worker".Even scenes and camera angles were blatenly copied..ever wondered why "Black" didnt make it to the oscars...cause same film cant win the oscar twice..lol..Bollywood sucks..

Yes, i know about black - and i didn't like it as much as the acting there resembled the american way of acting - overexertion. . Have you seen Swades? Hera Pheri? There are many more - khosla ka ghosla? mumbai matinee - this may sound funny but is a serious movie in reality. monsoon wedding?

so which ones according to you are the masterpeices...those over the board, superficial, anything-but-real english movies...with men all of a sudden turning into robos and machines..... you need to get a life man and plz india is independent now, u dont need to bootlick those firangs anymore

Watch any oscar winning hollywood movie and tell me if you have ever seen a single hindi movie better than that..Bengali and malayalam Industries have produced a few good ones though.

mr. george, do you watch Hindi movies at all? or do you watch only what your CHRISTIAN BROTHERS produce and direct. Why dont you migrate out to the land that suits you where you can live in peace with fellow English speaking, and English movie watching CHRISTIAN brothers and sisters.

Boss, i have watched oscar winning crap like lord of the rings - brilliant with visualisations but very, very unrealistic, cliched acting. Yes, they have a few very good movies and so do we.

Well..sir..you havent oviosly seen any good hollywood films...all hollywood films are not full of action and blood..when it comes to shear uality and execution,hollywood films are far superior

execution is primarily ruled by big budgets...indian producers can not match up with the money they invest in hollywood...and if you want me to see Pursuit of happyness...i would recommend dor, rang de basanti, iqbal, khosla ka ghosla...to name a few...small budget but brilliant movies....like i previously said, plz come out of your shell...we dont need to always in awe of firangs

Yes, bindaas, this is a good point - i don't know why they love american films - except for their cliched acting and bad pronounciation of English. Their stunts are very good but of course, they are unreal. Most of their actors, though good, overexert themselves. I agree that their direction is good.

Hey guys ,lets not get jingoistic here,We know how much of the so called cyber junkie get out on the election day to cast their vote..lets stick to hindi movies ,not cry foul about hollywood .It does matter wat how other foreign films ,the fact that we 99% of the time dont see films without the same cliche love story involving a young couple ,tells the maturity level of our films.Same old wine new bottle ,rip off of hollywood flicks dominate most films , does well too e,g Dhoom broke all box office record last year .Tell me why a film like Khosa la Ghosla did only above avg business that too in multiflex.Cus we like only infantile sugarly love story with great music .But i am hopeful of these changing days when some ppl gonna make in interesting original stuff which like we did make in past (go watch some 60s and 70s film, of which we busy remixing these days).Mr kumar is right to some extent,certainly entilled to his view.
