This race will be no contest. Everyone will lag behind Shilpa on purpose, so they can gaze at her. Shilpa is always a winner, and her critics are always losers. She is also winning for worthy causes: Water Aid, HIV treatment, PETA, etc. She is the best!
Mam, WIth due respect, I request you to please think about India also. Our country has a lot of problems and you now being a international figure can DO A LOT towards them. Shilpa has no future in bollywood, she should stay and earn money in England only. she won Big Brother by crocodile tears and creating a ruckus over charges of Racism but the truth was that people there didnt like her, she could not make friends with them. There was another balck guy there, jeremy jackson, nobody was racist towards him.

Judging from your post it is obvious you didn't watch Big Brother, I did and Shilpa did absolutely nothing wrong. Some people in the house were jealous of her and the dignified way she carried herself, it was as simple as that.

Others ganged up on Shilpa. Despite efforts to make friends, this type of ganging up is something many Asians experience in Britain. Is it then surprising that many of them simply give up and keep themselves to themselves?
The root causes are tribal mentality and also in this case female jealousy against an elegant, beautiful and educated person that the likes of Jade Goody can never aspire to.
Instead of the usual English custom of 'sweeping it under the carpet', Channel4 and CBB brought the naked truth to the open. They should be congratulated and encouraged.

What noble cause? Media has given so much attention to her. What did she do to India... and has she contributed a little from her earnings. Look at Jade Goody.. she has donated all the money to a orphanage. We wont be surprised if Shilpa evaded from paying the tax. Some crazy Indians give actors and actress too much attention.
