When talking abt south indian actresses they mention kannad,telugu,tamil and kerala states.thats right.
But north india does't have states or what?. ALAS!there the states have no genuine identity as far as the film industry is concerned.The truth is bitter right?

You reap what you sow. This is just a by product of south indians being overtly devoted to their mother tougues and reluctant to communicate in Hindi. The aurhor Inadvertantly showed you a mirror and it was just beyond you to accept your own image.

No one devoted to mother tongue. English penetrated like anything in south india and unfortunately our Ex PM vajpayee pronounces TECHNOLOGY as technooloogy. So its the problem of hindi unable to impress or influence its usage.

I think you are not accepting that Each of the 4 states of south india has separate film identity.
Truth is bitter! accept it man.Mumbai,delhi and calcutta alone is not north india. No separate identity for other northindian states at film industry.
dont you know people from karnatak and andhra also knows hindi. There will not be a good actor from say bihar,kashmir,goa.. still you claim totally claim "we north indians.." dont you feel ashamed that you didn't have individuality, and genuineness.
you are right in one way.. when one doesnt possess something its naturall to borrow from others or atleast claim "mee tooo" a north indian.

We will never know which Indian is better than the other. For our best interests, we should chuck the North-South divide (like the caste by birth system).

You spoke the truth. apart from metros 90% of north india has villages, backward places with no roads,current, water etc..Funny thing is that orissa people want to be recognized as N.India.
