This review of the Awaarapan is totally wrong. The movie was a good watch with good music.. and above all it was an out and out Emraan Hashmi movie... an excellent performance.. Pls rediff should not be biased when writing reviews..
i saw awarapan....AND I FELT IT WAS one of the best films of 2007...i just loved the way the director has executed the film newcomer shriya saran is a treat 2 watch...the music...is rockin...to phir aao and tera mera rista...both are a treat 2 hear... and emraan hashmi...what a performance...I still cannot beleive that emaraan performed so well...kudos 2 the director...for extracting such a performance from A mediocre actor it was fantastic movie...total paisa wasool...this reviwer is gone nuts...HE DOESNT KNOW 2 REVIEW A FLICK... rajeev masanad of cnnibn has given 3 stars tarna adarsh has given 3.5 timesnow has given 3 mayank shekhar has given 3 ...mumbai mirror poll...90% ppl have voted awarapan as rocking...and i had gone with my frids and they 2 loved... i will recommend u ghys 2 go for awarapan...dont foLLOW THIS STUPID REVIEW...1.5 STARS...ARE THESE GUYS JOKIN...OR DID THEY WATCH AAP KA SURROR INSTEAD OF AWARAPAN....the have given aap ka surror 3 stars...wit that u guys can know rediffs....standard

This Reviewer has either you have watched too many bad movies hence have lost the ability to judge a decent entertainer from the crap or is into the "meaningful" crap churned out in the form of ART movies.
I watched Awarapan and its not bad. Very Shakespeare!! Emran Hashmi looks decent courtesy the beard, Shreya looked great and Mrinalini Sharma does a decent job for a new comer. It was only two hours long, well edited and did not up you to sleep or put you off. By that alone everyone%u2019s parts get chopped off. Ashutosh Rana is scary. Purab Kohli is GREAT - The perfect Psycho!!
After seeing Awarapan one is completely moved to tears by Emraan's brilliant moving performance. The climax made me cry so much. Awarapan teaches good values - that there is a God and to be a believe in Him, to respect women, and that everyone has a right to be free. Do not be mislead by this dumb Rediff review; Awarapan has got 3.5 stars from Taran Adarsh. Awarapan is a landmark film which will be remembered for a long time. Abhishek Bachchan can never accomplish what Emraan has accomplished in Awarapan.

I think the reviewer has gone mad thats why his review is like that.. really Emraan has done a excellent job.. A decent movie.

don't believe rediff ratings...When they say a hit i take it as a flop movie and viceversa. So people go and watch this movie...it's really good.....better than abhishek movies(JBJ)
May the 3 Deols keep the Sikh Flag flying high in Bollywood. They r the sole representatives of Sikhs in the film industry. Especially Sunny Deol. May God Bless them.
