Wish Disney could have chosen a proactive Production House

I Wish Disney could have chosen a proactive Production House that is more concentrated in providing entertained to the desired audience and not standing with someone that produces songs / music singing around the trees!!!!!!!!

Cynic,

We don't need Disney for making cartoon films.

We have been making them since the early 90's --- SRK movies!!

Please! I hope not!!

Rajni is already overly animated! Anymore animation and he'll be off the screen instead of on it!!

Disney should tie up with rani thailava. The whole bollywood can't match one rajni. This man charged 40 crores for sivaji, the boss. This man is going to create a havoc. Please declare june 15, as public holiday MR President

I agree with you absolutely, its a fantastic idea, becoz Rajni looks like a cartoon anyways and he acts like a cartoon character on steroids, Blonde hair sometimes, wig sometimes Rajni will make an excellent cartoon character, and why just June 15 you should petition the UN secretary general and ask him to declare June 15 as world Rajni Day and it should be a holiday in Luxembourg, San Marino, Tahiti everywhere, maybe NASA can call their next space shuttle 'Sivaji', Wonderful I endorse all your ideas.

you don't understand any one thing on film making or the mass appeal behind any successful regional star. The best in its class of production house, director, music director, art director, setting, photography, etc are involved in this movie, for what? to make a cartoon chatacter? or u think they don't use their brains when it comes to success? They are fools to invest so much on a movie and man they think won't work? Take a tour of our country before you criticise anybody.

Good for Indian Cinema
by rk on Jun 12, 2007 08:18 PM

This is indeed good for Indian cinema and kids. All the kids now-a-days learn are stupid songs and dances from the not so good and tragic (pathetic) Karan johar. Congrats to the yash raj team and wish them best in producing some good animation films like disney does in the US.
Keep it up.

Midas Touch of Yash Raj Films
by asokan a on Jun 12, 2007 08:16 PM

Yash Raj Films is the most successful film production, distribution and exhibition company in India. No doubt, their animation venture will be very successful too. The reason is they are in it when others haven't even thought about it.

Hum Tum
by T a s i n on Jun 12, 2007 06:38 PM  | Hide replies

Mr Yash Chopra, concept of usage of animation to tell part of story was lifted from Kill Bill 1 directed by Quentin Tarantino and not brainchild of sonny boy Aditya. Nonetheless, Humtum animation was also very good and movie was wonderful..

Please!!! Do some research before passing such comments.
Kill Bill was released late in 2003 and Hum Tum early 2004. If you think Aditya managed to get inspired AND also include animation in his storyline, he deserves to be congratulated.

Btw, Quentin Tarantino was not the first to use animation in a movie.
