Yeh sab Mika ke bure Karmo ki Sazaa Daler Singh Mehndi ko mil rahi hai. Agar Mika paapi nahi hota to aaj Daler Singh Mehndi Jhoom Barabar Jhoom hota aur usko yeh dand nahi bhogatna parta.
Well .. it would be hard 2 guess wht exactly have happened .. n did YRF breached the contract.. though while listening 2 the track .. it did occur 2 me dat he did sang the song (one of the lines i felt was in his voice) But I think if it could hve been resolved quietly den it would hve been gr8 .. becuz i dnt think dat daler or ne artist 4 dat matter wuld want 2 fight with big production like YRF.
It is surprising that so far Yash Raj films has not denied the facts as stated by Daler Mehndi. Yash Raj films not only show non-professionalism, and it might as well that Daler takes them to Court. We should all understand that even in a cut-throat society there ought to be some decency, and a letter explaining the circumstances of a change would have been in order, and a compensation given for breach of contract.
You know it's worth thinking on a ethical level. Even if Daler was paid, then he was paid for a song release on a Yash Raj Album, so obviously there was something in it for him. Do you think that same amount is justifiable to learn and copy his style? I don't think so. Daler is an artist after all and I'm sure that his style was copied to some degree. Daler would charge more or not even teach someone how to sing like him. It's two different things and the charges would be different. Would Yash Chopra appreciate a scene for scen remake of one of their films with different actors?? I don't think so..

Daler is more traditional .. mika seems like a spoiled brat. rather he is. I have seen a show (fame x) where daler was judge and mika came as guest judge.. they both seemed poles apart.. daler was angry w mika for his kiss w rakhi.
