can this message by msjd baig be passed on to ekta please ... rediff ?? A story of ekta starts with simple middle class family but as days passes the middle class family hits high in the business world and become richest family.. each and every serial has this funda and ekta knows women watch her serials more thats why daughters are shown more in her serials than sons.. in north india i cant believe a family having only daughters .. that culture still prevails in south where daughters are also enof to suffice a family.. ekta kapoor only made one good serial when she was mentally not ill that was hum panch... now she has become lady don of the tv channels, and its pathetic to see women glued to her serials, oops God give these women some sense [so sad being a lady i have to say all these] EKTA KAPOOR PL MAKE SERIALS WHICH JANTA CAN DIGEST...

Yes, agree with all of you. Serial / movie makers, make what sells easily and make money. Social upliftment, moral integrity is last thing on their mind. The 'public' buys it. If the majority of watchers are women, the serials are definitely degrading the WOMAN.
This is a soft way of corrupting the public minds. Once what was frowned up on, is now well accepted, as part of our lives.
The first step for degeneration of society is moral corruption, other things do follow soon.

Switch off TV and watch it. It will be a lot better than watching these craps serials. It is also true with all News channel. I hope a time will come when people will throw away TV. I have already stoped watching indian TV channels. Not worth of time and definitely entertainment and information.
