Whats the use ?
by ABC on Jul 16, 2007 04:15 PM  | Hide replies

The first buyers of the book will read the last page. They will then scan 600 pages of the book and put them on the Internet for us (with the conclusion as the title on their website). This will then come to us as forwarded links free and forcibly from our friends. I wonder if the security is worth ?

Tension Mat Leneka

Everyone knows the answer. It's just 'Yes' or 'No' that's about it. Should Potter live or die - this book will decide. Publishers are creating hype to get some quick pounds (millions???) and create some history for it.

My guess would be - Potter will go missing. Rowling is smart. She will take a break for a while say like 1-2 years and will come back again saying - I found Potter in woods:))

Luv,
SK

I agree that it is crazy to have so much of interest for a mere fiction book.
It is utter nonsense to be wasting so much of money on guarding a book when it could be utilised better for fighting terrorism across the world.

Its nothing ... but a mere "PUBLICITY STUNT".. This all is nonsense.. So much of security and that too soooooo expensive.. U can only think off in a bond film and not for a Harry Potter Book.

Hey man, This publicity is not for potter maniacs. These people are doing exactly what AVM did for Sivaji.

Publishing company is eyeing the sector which are not so frenetic but still like potter.

Good marketing.
