For Question 2, the right answer is 'His Family'. Dumbledore was deflecting from the truth, when Harry had asked him the question. Rowling had already said so in her interview...

all i noe it's tht it's in the beginning of the first book... n i can't find mine right now or else i would have told ya..
no information has ever been quoted about voldemort's wand except that it has phoenix core coming from fawkes. so, how can you say that it's length is 13.5 inches. can you quote the book from where you have gotten this information.

yup.. abhishek is right.. it is in de first book - chapter 5 : DIAGON ALLEY. here's how it goes:
ollivander: "I remember every wand I've ever sold, Mr. Potter. Every single wand. It so happens that the phoenix whose tail feather is in your wand, gave another feather -- just one other. It is very curious indeed that you should be destined for this wand when its brother why, its brother gave you that scar." Harry swallowed. "Yes, thirteen-and-a-half inches. Yew. Curious indeed how these things happen. The wand chooses the wizard, remember.... I think we must expect great things from you, Mr. Potter.... After all, He- Who-Must-Not-Be-Named did great things -- terrible, yes, but great."

Exactly,i agree with kavipriya and i hope charan can understand that 13 and a half is same as 13.5
