What is happening to rediff? I have been reading it since 1999 and feel sad that it is sinking to such abysmal depths.
this all bakwaas Numerologist, do belive in this thing... so why not himesh reshamaiya film got super hit at box office... its a people thinking and decide wat is good movie and wat is bad movie.... that all....
Films are said to be mirror of the society and seriously gone our the days when films used to question the social structure and fibre of the society by highlighting issues about untouchability, dowry, superstitions, illogical beliefs, etc. But now instead we have more films n film makers highlighting silly superstions about Kundali and other stuff in their movies. Right now we also have daily soaps that every now and then show n prove some illogical superstitions right. Earlier they used to make movies about widow and divorcee women describing their plight and questioning the societal structure but now despite movies showing widow re-marriage we have 10,000 other inhibitions highlighted by film and serial makers (that she is unlucky, 'apne husband ko kha gyi') and all that crap. I wonder where our society is heading to. On one hand we reach the stars and on the other hand we think that stars n planets are ruling our lives. Come on Yash n Aditya what crap are u teaching the society, under Chopra banner you'll make films that are all glossy without any substance n u'll expect that they run. Public is not a fool, they now what is geneuine and what is crap. Select a good story line with the usual Yash Raj trademark in the back drop then see if your movies run or not and even if it flops (like Lamhe) you'll at least have the satisfaction that you did good work. "Instead of increasing the bank balance of astrologers n numerologist please concentrate on ur story-line".
No need of numerologist.If you watch the movie JBJ, the worst film I have ever seen, there is no need to call numerologist or palmist. If Yashraj continues to make such films even the no. matches, they will be going flop anyway.

bcoz its India anything & everything with prediction goes.especially when u hv problems in life u go to these guys & if by coincidence it works then....u start falling at these guys feet & eventually they become swamiji....Ha Ha

raat wala kaand to kabhi bhi dekh sakta hai shaadi ke wait kerne ki kya zarrorat hai, wo to wo roz raat ko karte hain.
I would say its not just Yash Raj Movie entire Bollywood will have tough time ahead, unless they change their movie making formula, come with good stories, or atleast projecting themself as Indian rather than kind of cheesy,crummy,chintzy NRI having silly affair.

Bollywood will have tough time because people are bored watching non-sense and full of sex Bollywood movies of Emraan Hashmi, Neha Dhupia and Co.
