Hey , I want to say u all who makes comment or comapre two very legendory actores in their own way....that, this is the fact that, Mr AB did the superb job with KBC1 , and SRK cant goes with that height on KBC3....but dont forget also that.. Mr AB himself was unable to bring the same glory & adventure on the set of KBC2. So nothing to compare between AB & SRK...... Hey Guys ..... dont forget... Don Bradman was run maker or called Run Machine... but its doesn't mean that, players Like Sachin, Lara should have compare wid him... Everyone hav their own class... So just enjoy .....
Well for a Charming personality as SRK it really makes him The King Insaan when he so humbly massages 2-ice the Googla Doctor and gifts him his own watch. What a KBC - confidence boost to the doctor that he is requesting him to massage him again:)) Wow!
KBC3 continues to perform well below expectations.
1. The TAM TRP is stuck between 8 to 9 during week 2 and 3 as well (aMap TRP equivalent is 3.7 to 4.2, which is published everyday). This is consistently below the 7 year old serials - Kyunki Saas...and Kahaani Ghar.... (each at about TAM TRP 10). So KBC3 which was supposed to start with a bang and recreate the magic is just a whimper. Bollywood's supposed biggest star has not been able to beat old serials even in the first few weeks even with an established popular program! Is this the stuff superstars are made of?
2. KBC's media management company had promised TRPs of 15 to 20 and ad rates were set accordingly (see last Sunday's Economic Times). Since actual performance is half of the projected TRP, ad rates have been cut by 40% to Rs. 3 lacs for a 10 sec spot from Rs.5 lac (KBC1 ran for 3 years with TRPs of 15 to 26 and for many months with TRPs of over 20!!).
3. The only relief to Star is that TRPs have not declined too much in Week 2 and 3 but this is still well below expectation. KBC3 has proved to a storm in a tea cup for Star. Given that KBC anyway is an excellent program format around the world, it could have achieved the current TRPs of 8-9 even with a regular host or any other film star. SRK has failed to make the difference that he was expected to make as the supposed "superstar" and has not justified his price. Even the opening day TRP was only 12! And all this despite the fact that Star brought KBC3 back as a weekdays program from being a weekends program (remember, KBC2 was a weekend program) In general TV viewership is higher on weekedays than on weekends as is an established fact (since people do other things on weekends).
The reason for the below average TRPs is quite simple. There is fundamental difference between Amitabh and Shahrukh, the former is a genuine cult figure relentlessly for over 3 decades with immense talent and presence while the latter is an overhyped paper tiger.
I TRIED TO SEE ONE SHOW AND IT WAS PATHETIC. KING"-sized ego bubble IS busted !!! SRK THERE WAS NO NEED TO SAY ON TV ALL THE KIDS WANT TO BECOME MESSAGE PERSON BECAUSE YOU GIVE MESSAGE ON TV- YOU KEEP MOVING YOUR CHAIR.
YOU SAY YOU ARE SO CUTE AND DASHING- YOU ARE REACTING DEFENSIVE-AND IF PEOPLE WROTE SOME COMMENTS ABOUT YOU TAKE IT LIKE CONSTRICTIVE CRITICISM AND DO NOT RUB YOUR MISTAKES ON TV- YOU ARE HARMING YOUR SELF MORE. PUT YOUR EGO BEHIND. KBC IS NOT ACTING IT IS ABOUT HOST WHO IS CONDUCTING AN INTELLIGENT GAME SHOW.

SRK IS FAILURE DIDN'T YOU READ THE RATINGS. SRK HAS MADE KBC 3 VERY CHEAP SHOW. READ THE COMMENTS VULGAR LANGUAGE HE USED. SRK IS VERY INSECURE HE BECOMES SARCASTIC AT TIMES AND THEN SAY A LOT OF NICE WORDS TO MAKE THE CONTENDER FORGET THE HUMILIATION SRK. KBC 3 IS A SHOWPIECE THAT COMES JUST FORCIBLY. SRK LOOKS FAKE AND TRYING TOO HARD. SRK YOU LACKED CONFIDENCE AND YOU ARE GOOD IN FAKING IT. KBC IS NOT ABOUT ACTING IT IS ABOUT GOOD HOST. SRK IS NOT SINCERE WHEN HE HUGS PEOPLE IT COMES OUT AS OVERACTING. DO NOT LOOK GENUINE. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SRK STAR POWER. HE DOESN'T MAKE GOOD HOST KBC IS AN INTELLIGENT GAME SHOW WITH SRK DIGNITY, PRESENCE & PRESTIGE IS MISSING.
SRK IF YOU TALK LESS, STOP OVERACTING YOU CAN MAKE THE SHOW SUCCESSFUL.

While AB was all class and mesmerizing SRK has to go hyper to create or fake it. SRK non stop banter to a large extent makes you feel like you are watching a SRK ad & not a quiz show, where the center of attention is the participant. SRK MAKES A LOUSY HOST.
