guru raj is a hypocrite. Which healthy atmosphere are you guys talking about? The corrupted system from which your child is going to bear the brunt in the future? The polluted environment and the air which your child breathes? The bad policies and insecure future of your child? These issues are much more important than Mallika wearing clothes or not. But you/Jain cant say or do anything about it, because you know that you are the part of that corrupted system and in one way or another you do some sort of corruption.
