Bygone are those days where Bollywood movies alone were called Indian movies. Offlate the quality of movies from South (Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam) are better than that of Bollywood. Afterall, who is the creator of Guru? Moreover Bollywood movies spend a lot of money in shooting abroad but all this is done without much planning into story (except a few), also 25% of Bollywood movies are remake of South Indian movies (Bagam Bhag the latest one). Which Indian movie ran to packed houses in Japan? this was South superstar Rajnikanth movie. Which star movie were made 210 copies (all India record)? it was Megastar Chiranjivi movie - Stalin. This is just a start, keep it going.
madhavan is really best actor but he face discrimination time to time by bollywood now his time has come and he really will be the best actor of bollywood.
what does this mean ?? "This project will show that South Indian actors are coming of age"...some of the best made films are in south india and some of the best contemporary actors are from south india....this is a pathetic statement from an actor like him...

Abhishek was the worst choice for GURU and Madhavan was best choice.But see Madhavan's hard work in GURU has fetched him a good film.
