These amounts are peanuts for the goddesss of beauty Shilpa Shetty...she can employ these starts to clean the tiolets at her house..

A poem for this greatest creation of God..

Hail Shilpa Shetty, Hail Shilpa, the beauty queen..
Oh how fortunate we are to see you preen..

Such beauty, such grace, such poise..
Your radiance causes such noise...

Blessed are we the folks on earth...
Coz we are born to be alive when you have been walking proud from Patiala to Perth..

Hail..Hail..Hail..Hail..Hail..Hail..Hail..Hail..

i had doubts about her as a model , thought just another pretty face but after watching OSO one must admit she can act as well as dance, she tops kareena priyanka & rest of the gang. she is not only good looking but very talent as well.

Very unfair

Its really sad to see that Ranbir is getting paid insane amounts of money. These star kids are just so lucky, arent they? I mean just look at Ranbir and Sonam for example. Even before the release of their disastrous debut film, they were made to look like superstars. They were on the cover of Filmfare, they were all over the place. The saddest thing is, inspite of Saawariya being a massive flop, they continue to be wooed by the best production houses!!! That too, their performances were just abt okay. Can you imagine what would've happened to them if they were rank outsiders? They would've been thrown out of the industry!!! Even Abhishek Bachchan is a case in point. His first 10 to 15 films were flops. Yet he continued to get great offers thanks to, you-know-who....:-). I'm really not surprised when I read interviews of aspiring actors who dont have godfathers backing them. They constantly make references to these star kids and how they get the best offers. Poor souls. I just wish these big-banners start working with people who deserve to be given a chance rather than backing star kids all the time.

Very well said Raj. I completely agree with you. This is the irony in our film industry where the real talent does not get the rewards and attention it deserves and Star children continue to remain in focus irrespective of their failures. Abhishekh bachan is the truest and ideal example of this tragic story. to be precise his first 10-14 films were utter flops even then he was getting big banners due to his family influence and now when he has some hits under his belts, he is being compared to a stalwart and Icon like Shahrukh Khan. I really pity on Media and people on this unrealistic and ridiculous comparision. If you give the number of opportunities That Abhisekh got to a Layman he will also pull out a hit or two from numerous attempte. What is the role of talent here??? its just trial and error and you succedd at the end.

Where as actors like Shahrukh Khan and Akshay Kumar who as per my knowledge are the only two actors in Bollywood who didnt have any Godfathers yet they excel and succeed and now r superstars just due to their talent, hardwork and innovativeness. If success purely on individual brriliance is any parameter Shahrukh stands alone in the history of Hollywood and Akshay is very near to him. Hip Hip Hurrey SRK you r the best, uncomparable, unique, priceless, distinctive and ultimately u r an "Individual".

Very well said Raj...These star kids are born with golden spoons and they are highly over privileged....even though they might not have any talent at all....Abhishek Bachchan is the ideal example....he might be able to act but one must not forget that there are equally or more talented people without god fathers who, given an opportunity can really show their class... Infact it seems that this will be the trend in Bollywood for quite some time to come...SRK and Akshay Kumar seem the last 2 stars to make it big in Bollywood on their own...now the only people to make it big will be sons/daughters/nephews/niece of some bigshot in the industry....

Deepika, Lucky babe ....

OSO was a hit not because of Deepika Padukone, it was because of SRK. Love him or hate him, that's the truth. Minus SRK, noone would ever notice Deepika Padukone. She was at the right place at the right time. We'll see how long she lasts on her own. Models turning to films have become the latest trend in Bollywood these days, but only a few last.
