I am a big big Aamir fan. But that doesnt mean that what Raja Sen wrote hurt me. Its an honest review and flipbook, climax competition are flaws that does exist in the film. Still by mainstream Indian standards, its a super movie and i think Aamir needed that climax to make it a comercial success. We cant have a climax like a Dead Poet's Society or Million Dollar Baby in Bollywood.
There is no point criticizing Raja Sen for his review. We all know by know that he is a person with comprehension and other disabilities. He also needs special attention and rediff should send him to the right place where he can realize, accept overcome his disabilities.
Taare Zameen Par is one of the best movies ever made in bollywood and it is much more special because it not only touches a topic like children with special needs but directly or indirectly touches many more points.
How parents in India see every disability as a mental retardation? How parents differ in their behavior with their own children? How even teachers ignore children with special needs? How both parents & teachers are not able to realize and bring out the interests or capabilities of children? What wonders can encouragement and a pat on the back do in the life of a child? How important it is to support your child in times of his/her need?
Another important learning that I got: How important it is for us, adults, to support our old parents in their time of need....
The movie is excellent in terms of everything story, script, direction, delivery of message, screenplay, acting, songs, lyrics and everything else.
It really touches our hearts and makes us think.
Some good schools have already done special screening for their teachers....

I never wanted to believe this but i know this is true... Raja Sen is on the rolls of SRK. So he praises all that SRK would do. On the other hand I think he also gets paid to rate of this standard Poor. He obviously couldnt give TZP a 1 star coz ppl would have lynched him so a 3 star. But for the ones who saw TZP... they rated it 10/10. Rediff pls take this guy of the review board, he gets more money from SRK than you.
Its a master piece and always aamir is very special than SRK. There is no comparision between OSO and TZP. SRK is just hype and crowd puller (media addes to the flame) but aamir a multi talented actor and now its proved a director also. Story is perfectly scripted by amole gupte. Darshal and Aamir are fantastic. Its worth giving 5 start rating.

Ya u r correct .. Aamir is much better actor as compare to SRK in ever scence..
I saw this movie last night & was thinking the creativity and imagination of Aamir. He is damn good in direction too.Look at the subject of this movie.I don't think any other person in bollywood having the guts for making this movie on this kinds of subject. A must watch movie for all who really thinks in quality... Phenomenal work by Aamir and a little boy Darsheel
I heard this movie was banned in Gujarat? It seems like that Gujarat is another country. I cant imagine this movie being banned anywhere. I hope there is no truth to this news.

i think you are not seeing the other part of the movie, which definately needs a foresight to understand the life of a kid who is unable to gain his confidence.... the issue is not so big? but it is worthwhile enough to cultivate an eye upon it.... i believe the movie is not for the people who are still looking a striptease or a belly dance.....
but i believe the people who are looking for really some great Art (direction) work..... a piece of work which is undoubtedly one of the best creations ..... in Bollywood industry....
