No that is the Hindu weapon of godess kali also the weapon of Satan in the west , in a way Kali is also a Satan, Salman is wearing a Hindu weapon T-Shirt because he is secular.

The VHP Vishwa Hindu Parishad distributes these weapons in India to its militia to use it when they carry out riots against Muslims Christians and Sikhs in India.
